Marzena spent the last 13 years as head or deputy responsible for the Polish investment banking operations of international institutions such as HSBC Investment Services and WestLB Panmure. Responsibilities included the origination and execution of M&A transactions, equity private placements and IPOs. She has managed a wide range of privatisation projects and strategy advisory activities for domestic and international governmental and corporate clients.
