Ioana is a Polytechnics graduate, an EMBA and École Nationale d'Administration (Paris) graduate. Having spent over 14 years in corporate finance and investment banking advisory working for the EBRD and KPMG, she is now head of Raiffeisen Investment in Romania. Throughout her career Ioana has been involved in numerous M&A transactions on either the buy or sell side and has been involved in structuring cross-borders transactions as well as advising on the development of complex project finance structures or PPPs. She has significant experience in the financial services, life sciences and utilities sectors.
