Evgueni joined Raiffeisen Investment in June 2006 as a Managing Director and Head of Representative Office in Moscow. Evgueni has extensive experience in both M&A transactions and Project Finance/Public Private Partnership engagements in Russia and the Ukraine. Evgueni joined Raiffeisen Investment from Ernst & Young (CIS) where he served as a partner in its Corporate Finance team serving large- and medium size domestic and foreign companies with the major emphasis on M&A and capital raising activities. In addition to service line responsibilities, Evgueni was the Industry Leader for Transport, Infrastructure, Utilities, and Public Sector industry group. His most recent engagements include financial advisory services to Interpipe, UkrNafta, Sheremetyevo International Airport, New Century Holding, EBRD, Russian Rail, Ukrainian Rail, Cherkizovo Group, The Ministry of Transport of Russian Federation and St.Petersburg Vodokanal (water company). Prior to the merger of Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, Evgueni served as head of the Retail and Consumer Products group at Arthur Andersen where he was responsible for M&A activities within the CIS.
Evgueni holds a MSc degree in Marine Engineering from the Far-Eastern Merchant Marine University, Vladivostok and a MBA degree in Finance from Pace University Business School, New York.
