Kinga joined Raiffeisen Investment in 2007 to head and expand the Telecoms, Media and Technology franchise.
Prior to this, Kinga worked as a Principal at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in both London and Warsaw, where she was involved and led numerous debt and structured finance as well as prioprietary investment projects across the Central and Eastern European region in the TMT sector. Before joining EBRD in 2001, Kinga gained experience as a Manager in the ING Barings Equity Capital Markets Team where she covered the EMEA region. Kinga started her career at Salomon Smith Barney, London where she worked in the Emerging Markets Corporate Finance Team, focussing on M&A transactions and debt issuance, predominantly in the TMT sector.
Kinga holds an LLM degree from the University of Warsaw, a MSc degree majoring in Marketing and Sales from IECS, Strasbourg and a BSc (Hons) majoring in International Management and French from UMIST, Manchester. Kinga is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's The General Manager Programme (TGMP 13).
Kinga Stanislawska is Director of the Telecoms-Media-Technology Department.
