Credentials

Raiffeisen Investment has become one of the leading M&A advisors in Austria and CEE and has successfully been involved with more then 500 transactions. These range from multi-billion dollar deals to much smaller transactions for a wide variety of clients including government organisations, listed and unlisted companies, private equity firms and individuals. The following credential list represents a selection of deals in the relevant country or industry sectors.

 

2008 – Sell-side Advisor to Labormed Pharma

In 2008, Raiffeisen Investment Romania acted as the sell-side M&A advisor for the shareholders of Labormed Pharma, the largest Romanian pharmaceutical company with private capital. The acquirer was the private equity fund Advent International.

2007 – Privatisation Advisor to the Government

TELEKOM

Raiffeisen Investment acted as sole financial advisor to the Directorate for Privatisation of the Republic of Srpska on the 65% sale of the incumbent telecom company Telekom Srpske. Transaction value EUR  646 m.

2006 - Sell-side Advisor to K&K Electronics

In 2006, Raiffeisen Investment acted as sell-side and restructing advisor to the owners of K&K Electronics, the market leader in electronics retailing in Romania. Equest Balkan Properties acquired 75% of the operating entity and 40% of the newly founded property entity.
