Raiffeisen Investment acted as financial adviser to Ronson Europe N.V. in the completion of a private placement of corporate bonds of PLN 87.5m to polish institutional investors. Bonds were issued on April 18, 2011 and mature on April 18, 2014.

Raiffeisen Investment acted as fiancial advisor to Nafta Polska in selling strategic stakes in Ciech, Zaklady Azotowe Tarnòv and Zaklady Azotowe Kedzierzyn. The project was executed together with Lazard and BZ WBK.

Currently Raiffeisen Investment advises a Spanish investor on the acquisition of an infrastructure construction company in Poland. This project is executed in cooperation with Banco Privado.
2009 - Sell side Advisor to SEB
In 2009 Raiffeisen Investment acted as financial advisor to SEB selling its assets management company in Poland to Opera TFI. The project was executed in cooperation with Lazard.

Raiffeisen Investment acted as Financial Advisor to Raiffeisenbank Polska in the acquisition of a strategic stake in Alfa Properties. The transaction was finalised in 2007.

In 2005 Raiffeisen Investment Poland advised on the Sale of a 57,6 % stake in a major Polish cash register producer, ELZAB S.A. The transaction was finalised in September 2007.
2005 – Privatisation Advisor to the Municipality of Wroclaw
Raiffeisen Investment advised the Municipality of Wroclaw on the privatisation of MPEC (Municipality Thermal Energy Enterprise). Fortum, a Finnish strategic investor, paid € 71m for 54% of the share capital.

In 2005 Raiffeisen Investment Polska rendered advisory services to PGNiG relating to overdue debts from two chemical plants.
