2008 - Buy-side advisor to SSL International
In 2008, Raiffeisen Investment jointly with Lazard advised SSL International Plc on the acquisition of a 15.5% stake in Beleggingsmaatschappij Lemore BV(BLBV), distributor of medical disposables in Eastern Europe and CIS. SSL has been granted call options to acquire the remainder of BLBV, exercisable over the next two years at 9x EBITDA. SSL International exercised the first call option in March 2009 with the remaining options to be exercised by 31 May 2010.

In 2008 Raiffeisen Investment provided financial advisory to the Russian multi-format retail chain Mosmart with respect to the indicative value of 100% share capital of Mosmart and strategic options.
2008 - Financial Advisor to the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation
In October 2008 Raiffeisen Investment was selected as the exclusive financial advisor to the Ministry of Regional Development for 20 regional and 5 federal infrastructure projects, submitted to the Investment Fund of Russian Federation.
2007 – Financial Advisor to RAO UES Russia
Raiffeisen Investment – together with a partner – is advising RAO UES on the reorganisation of its distribution companies. RAO UES is the largest power holding in Russian Federation.
2007 – Sell-side Advisor to VIP Progress Ltd.
In March 2007, Raiffeisen Investment acted as sell-side advisor to VIP Progress (Overseas) Ltd., the owners of Akrihin. Brinsmeadow Investments Ltd. agreed to acquire 80,36% of Akrihin for a non-disclosed amount. Akrihin is one of the leading domestic players with a strong market position in the expanding Russian pharmaceutical market.
2006 – Buy-side Advisor to Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG
In 2006, Raiffeisen Investment advised Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Russian Impexbank OAO.
