In 2009 Raiffeisen Investment acted as financial advisor to one of the leading the Serbian Internet-providers, Neobee.net that has been sold to Greenhouse Telecom Holdings BV.
2006-2008 – Privatisation Advisor to the Government
In 2006 - 2008 Raiffeisen Investment advised the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the biggest privatization project so far in Serbia - "Naftna Industrija Srbije" (oil industry) and “HIP Petrohemija” (petrochemical industry). Advisory services were carried out jointly with Merrill Lynch.
2005 -2007 - Privatisation Advisor to the Government
In 2005 – 2007, Raiffeisen Investment advised the Privatisation Agency of the Republic of Serbia on the privatisation of a pool of transportation companies, successfully completing 2 privatisations: Litas and Autortansport.

Raiffeisen Investment advised the Privatisation Agency of the Republic of Serbia on the privatisation of "Beogradska Pekarska Industrija", a bakery producer from Belgrade. It was closed successfully in January 2007.

In 2006, Raiffeisen Investment advised UNIQA on the acquisition of 80% of the shares in Zepter osiguranje a.d., a leading Serbian insurance company.
2006 - Privatisation Advisor to the Government
In the period 2004 – 06, Raiffeisen Investment advised the Privatisation Agency of the Republic of Serbia on the privatisation of a pool of agricultural companies, successfully carrying out 5 privatisations: Sava Kovacevic, Fabrika ulja, Jedinstvo, Agrounija and Napredak.

In April 2006 UNIQA signed an agreement for the acquisition of 80% shares in Zepter osiguranje a.d., leading Serbian insurance company, number four on the market.

2004 - Privatisation Advisor to the Government
In 2003/04 Raiffeisen Investment advised the Privatisation Agency of the Republic of Serbia on the privatisation of a pool of construction materials companies, successfully privatizing 3 of them: Polet, Jelen Do and Kolubara Gasbeton. The total purchase price and investment commitment for the pool amounted to more than EUR 60 million.
2004 - Privatisation Advisor to the Government
In 2004 Raiffeisen Investment advised the Privatisation Agency of the Republic of Serbia on the privatisation of Frikom, a frozen food producer, selling a 55.5% stake to Croatian Agrokor. The purchase price, investment commitment and debt assumption in this deal exceeded EUR 50 million.
