In 2008, Raiffeisen Investment acted as the sell-side M&A advisor for the shareholders of Labormed Pharma, the largest privately owned generics manufacturer in Romania, enterprise value EUR 121m, acquired by the private equity fund Advent International.
2007 – Sell-side Advisor to VIP Progress Ltd.
In March 2007, Raiffeisen Investment acted as sell-side advisor to VIP Progress (Overseas) Ltd., the owners of Akrihin. Brinsmeadow Investments Ltd. agreed to acquire 80,36% of Akrihin for a non-disclosed amount. Akrihin is one of the leading domestic players with a strong market position in the expanding Russian pharmaceutical market.
2006 - Buy-side Advisor to ANZAG
In July 2006, Andreas Noris Zahn AG (ANZAG) acquired 60% of the sharecapital of Farmexpert D.C.I. Raiffeisen Investment – jointly with DZ Bank – acted as a financial advisor to the acquirer.
2004 - Buy-side Advisor to ANZAG
In 2004, Raiffeisen Investment advised Germany's Number 3 pharmaceutical wholesaler Andreas Noris Zahn AG (ANZAG) in the acquisition of a minority stake in Croatia's Oktal Pharma.
