Raiffeisen Investment Polska was established in 1992 as a 100% subsidiary of Raiffeisen Investment. and provides investment banking and corporate finance services in Poland, complementary to the general banking services offered by Raiffeisen Banking Group. Raiffeisen Investment Polska is structured to facilitate development and execution of projects in close co-operation with Raiffeisen Investment. The Polish team comprises of six corporate finance professionals.

Raiffeisen Investment Polska offers a wide range of buy-side advisory services to Polish clients interested in investing abroad, and also to foreign clients interested in entering the Polish market or strengthening their position in Poland. Raiffeisen Investment Polska provides pre-acquisition services, including research and analysis of selected industrial sectors, with the aim of identifying potential entities for acquisition. Raiffeisen Investment Polska also provides sell-side advisory services, both for strategic investors (for example to another private or listed company) and financial investors (e.g. to private equity funds).

Raiffeisen Investment Polska offers comprehensive advisory services in the sourcing of financing for development or acquisition, advising management boards, support in the preparation of business plans, preparing financial analyses, designing an appropriate transaction and financing structure, and also preparing the required documentation. In addition, Raiffeisen Investment Polska is responsible for the selection, coordination and supervision of the work of other advisors.
