Raiffeisen Investment Ukraine Ltd. was established in January 1999 as an investment and privatisation advisory subsidiary of Raiffeisen Investment AG, Austria.
Raiffeisen Investment Ukraine is known as the leading local M&A and privatisation advisor, providing investment banking services as part of an integrated range of banking services of the Raiffeisen Banking Group.
At present, the focus is set on large corporate clients, serving their needs in:
- Financial Advisory Services: M&A and privatisations, structuring and fund raising
- Brokerage Services: transaction closing support and securities trading on behalf of the clients
